is it pulling as if you had the gas pedal all the way down? or is it not pulling as much as you think it should?

I can't understand this post at all.

What do you mean "pulls"? Does the car pull to one side under acceleration without any steering input?

If you're getting a humming/howling noise from the rear that increases in volume and pitch as the speed of the car increases, you likely have either a bad rear wheel bearing or a rear alignment issue that has caused an irregular wear pattern on the tires.

What jumps? The shifter? The pedal? The engine revs? The whole car?

Does this also happen when shifting into gear while stopped?

I dont know man it sound like problem with shift. May you have a long shifter with bolt connect to air condition. I like shift ****. Only pull when 6000 rpm. I like to shift my boy car with side step. Only fun make me
