Default Rings: JE proseal vs Wiseco vs Supertech

Using RS Machines pistons, 81.5mm...
Came with Hastings rings...which were way too small to be used. Seriously, why does this happen to half the threads I saw?

Anyway...Im looking for different rings... Id like oem, but they dont come .5 oversized.

Looked at a couple local shops and both carried the same three brands: JE proseal, Wiseco, and Supertech rings. (oh and one had CP, too)
The pricing on each is $30 difference from one to the next - $120s, 90s, 60s, respectively.

Does anyone have any experience with Supertech rings? Their price is hard to pass up, but I need this to run for as long as possible...
Ive used their valvetrain components before, in my last build and this one, but never their rings.

The JE proseal set better be just awesome with the highest price tag...

EDIT
Screw it.. I bought a set of NPR rings

know people that have used mahle rings, which are priced nicely and just as strong as je proseal rings. npr or hastings rings should be fine for all motor and maybe a little boost. have run both in a few different motors just fine.

I know this does not anwer your question but I run the hasting's rings and they produce some very good results. See thread below.

Judging by your post, you seem to be a well thought out assembler. You probably already know this but here's my only advise with the RS package, make sure you get the same PTW and ring gaps for cylinder and piston.
