like the title says will an itr 97 front bumper fit my 00 integra?

No it won't, Because of the headlights and the bumper brackets won't work.

 

it'll fit just not very well. like "cookie" said the headlights won't fit. im not sure what bumper brackets you are talking about. the contact points are on the fenders and the top of the bumper which are the same for all years.

 

Just use 94-97 headlights and it will fit. I had a 96 front on my 98 gsr.
