hey i have a cb7, cant figure out how to fix this bumper sag. anyone got any suggestions?

it was in a front end collision from what the previous owner told me

 

I'm not familiar with that car at all, but I'm guessing there is some sort of bracket that it sits on. It's probably bent down as a result of the collision. Worst case, the frame is twisted and you're out of luck unless you want to have that fixed ($$$)
