Icon3 HELP!!! Rear Disc Conversion

I have a 98 civic hx and just added a 95 gsr rear disc brake conversion. The driver side looks fine and normal but for some reason the passenger rear side has a huge positive camber. The top of the wheel is coming out so far and the bottom of the wheel is sucked in. It looks like my car just went through an accident. I have no camber kit but if the driver side came out fine then I don't know why the passenger side came out so bad. When driving it does not wobble, it just has a huge possitive camber. Please let me know if anyone else has had the same problems or possible solutions.

What parts did you replace when you did the swap? Trailing arms, lower control arms, upper control arms and/or compensator arms? Did one of the lower arms get switched with one that it shouldn't have?

I used all civic parts besides the trailing arm. Everything looks fine and just like the driver side but for some reason has a positive camber. I'm thinking the whole trailing arm is twisted or something.
