Default driving with bad valve seals

just wondering what kind of damage driving my del sol around (without Boost) with bad valve seals will do right now. Its parked and I just start it up to cycle the fluids every weeks but I dont wanna drive it because Im afraid It will cause damage to the engine in the long run....Kinda confused....I dont race my car around town like a idiot but enjoy driving it around....dont have the time right now to replace the seals

the only damage i could think of that may be occuring is that by running the engine like that will foul your valves, exhaust etc from the burnt oil

Only thing bad valve seals will do is allow oil into the intake and exhaust, so it'll smoke and burn oil. It can foul spark plugs if its leaking badly enough, and it can damage the cat(if you have one) if enough oil gets in it. I'd probably drive the car around to burn off some of the oil that getting in the cat so as to avoid overloading it.
