A belt snapped off and it's pretty small compared to the serpentine belt. Anyone have a clue as to what it could be from? I checked under the hood and there isn't anything immediately noticeable that would have a belt missing.

 

The Integra doesn't use a serpentine belt routing. There are three separate accessory drive belts - one each for alternator, A/C compressor, and power steering pump (installed in that order moving from inboard out on the crank pulley).
