Default fender gap bigger in rear after spring sway install

last night i put the tokico hp shock springs setup and a type r sway bar in my integra the rear sits way higher than the front could this be the dust boots are limiting the springs from compressing ? the fronts dont have them and dropped fine never had this happen before any help is appreciated oh yeah and the springs arent in the wrong place lol

got his setup off another person, it sat on a car that never ran, in the rear he has the dust boots on, anyway that they are holding the rear up like this i mean it is higher than before i put the shocks springs on lol the front is fine maybe cause there is no boots ?

k i cut the bumpstop and nothing lol the springs that are wound tighter go in the rear correct they have an r on them only other thing i can think of is these are not the right rear springs for the car lol

k i found out the shock and springs were from a 93 integra that is why the rear was so high got it all fixed
