When i accelerate or let off the gas I here a grinding noise from my passenger side wheel well. I have no clue what it is sounds like my wheel rubbing against the wheel well wall. I have a 90 Honda crx with a D16Z6 swap.

 

we need some additional information to help you out like
-what speeds do you hear the grinding sound at?
-when did it start (slowly or all of a sudden)?
-have you jacked it up and looked at it yet?

 

3-5 started all of the sudden and no I haven't .

 

I would definitly jack it up and inspect it could be a number of things but you need to narrow it down a bit. This could be a mechanical problem with that sides suspension, a brake problem, dust sheild, tranny, and the list goes on and on. Inspect rule out possabilitys and report back.

 

did you ever modify your suspension? LMK

 

Just on springs stock struts.

 

What size rims and/or tires do you have?

 

195/55R14 they are steel wheels.
