Thats amazing on a DR. It was straight as an arrow. Very smooth pass. It should be an awesome event today wish I could make it.

I seen Dave Hance run a 6.93 a while back, are those the two fastest DR passes to date? Fiscus is a tick behind them with a 6.94, I believe.

The majorlty of the DR field are running MT's. Im assuming thats what he has.

Also, most of these DR guys are running two speed Powerglides with big turbos, so boost comes on relatively late during that looonnng first gear. I wonder if that, along with the stock style suspension is what causes the launch to be so smooth? Because Hance, Fiscus, Big Daddy Gutridge, all their Mustangs leave the same way, and all of them are running 2-speed 'Glides.

IMO, this class is just as, if not MORE, exciting that the Outlaw 10.5 class! ;-)
