Default Should I let go of my B for a H?

I have a 90 CRX Si with a B16a2, its semi built forged rods, High comp pistons....
black one in pictures

Well I found a 89 CRX Si with a freshly swapped h22 in it that is pretty much gutted, the guy has about 8,000k in reciets from the swap

Should I trade him, I would be adding about$ 600
