Default First Ever Time at the Track

So tonight I headed up to Bremerton Motorsports Park in Bremerton, WA. It was my first time ever behind the wheel on a tree and first time ever doing legal drag racing. It was the best time i've had in a long time. New addiction: Drag Racing. I'm running a JDM GS-R in my 99 EK sedan. Had some trouble getting out of the hole at sometimes and others had wheel hop so bad my cd player almost landed in the passenger seat lol, any suggestions?

Here's my last pass, and fastest. Let me know what ya think.

solid engine mounts, sticky tires, more power.

Was every run around 91 mph? If so, you just need to get your '60 down. You obviously need more power but if your having enough fun don't ruin that, Sometimes more power means more problems;sometimes...
I wouldn't worry about stickier tires, at this point you do not need them. Sounds like practice is what you'll need to run better. good luck

dont dump the clutch, load it and roll into it, usually results in no wheel hop for me on 25"s
