Does a P08 ecu have a speed limiter?
I used to have a P06 ecu in my car and I remember I couldn't get my car over 110 mph and it was only at about 4000 rpm at that speed so I was wondering if the P08 ecu I have in it now has a speed limiter?
If anything I was told about this website called something like pcfm.com but I don't remember the exact name...it's a site that's supposed to tell you details about various ecu's...doe's anyone know what site I'm talking about?

Hondas have a more elaborate speed limiter. They made the engines with low enough torque that without a strong tail wind going down a hill, you'll be limited by the power of the engine... Have fun bypassing that one.
