F22B1 head questions

F22B1 head questions
first off, my goals are just to have a stronger motor that isnt for racing.
So I have a vtec F22B1 head, took it off so I can replace the the valves, use a AEM cam gear. I have a 2.5" exhaust and performance header too, should I get stock valves or 1mm larger? AND should I get bigger injectors .. maybe AEM fuel rail?
Any suggestions on making this a meaner motor without replacing the pistons..?
