car starting issues!!!!!! EK hatch

aight HT heres where i need your help. a lil background on the situation real quick.
i jus swapped in a lsv-t motor from a 95 ej1 into my 96 hatch. there was a resistor box used wit the swap fromt the OBD1 ej so we figured we needed to use it on the obd2 harness with the motor. so we swapped the motor. and then we tried to figure out how to wire the resistor box into the OBD2a harness(which i searched forever for a diagram or help to no luck) we put it on and try to start the car. NO LUCK. we realize we somehow shorted the main relay. so we put on a different engine harness w/o resistior box, a working relay, different engine grounds(becuz mine were messed up) and different battery and car fires up. started a couple times and then since we thought we fixed the problem we put the harness with the resistor box on and tried to turn it on and NO LUCK AGAIN. So we put the harness w/o the resistor box back on and car wont start anymore.... we thought maybe we blew the main relay again but put another one on and nothing. NOW we r stuck and im hoping someone on here has an idea or maybe dealt with this before. ANY help would be appreciated!!

well a resitor box means differnt injectors, are you thowing any codes? because if a car doesnt run with a R box then runs without it theres something with a injector wiring/injectors. are you using stock injectors?

they r 450 either nissian or dsm. i understand that our wiring in the R box could be wrong and thatas y it doesnt work. but i dont get y the harness w/o the R box doesn't work nemore.
