I picked her up for free im doing a bobber project on her but im new to the bike scene as far as mechanical work.

Fabrication is the easy part.

So i put a new battery to see how she ran but when I turned the key nothing happened no lights turned on at all.

Pushed the button to start and nothing and tried to kick start her also.

I can crank her up from the starter solenoid but with out the light obviously she wont start.

Any ideas on the problem.
