Black Book (auction value) = $14,425 and a dealer will offer him $1,000 less as a trade-in.
He should return it to stock and sell the extra items.

Thanks for all the inputs. I am probably better off looking for a stock si and put in any mods i want myself.

if you find one that is completely stock and has never had any mods and a lower milage then you know the person didnt beat on it. WHen buying a modded car used you are always buying someone elses problems.

I agree with Greg50lt, and if someone pushes their car over and over, until it no longer seems fast....They start with the bolt-on-mods. Then when that isn't fast enough they crack open the engine.

Not to mention that it is just 11k out of warranty. The owner threw a bunch of mods on it, warranties expired, something broke. Owner says, "oh ****, this is going to be an expensive fix".

I wouldn't pay more than $14k.
