5th gen accord questions + more
Alright this idea came into my mind yesterday. I just started looking into this and I don't know a whole lot about accords but so will start off with a few basic questions.
1) Do the v6 5th gen accords come in manuals at all?
2) If so is there such thing as a v6 5th gen accord manual coupe?
Alright now on to my idea, which if possible I'm sure has been done but here it is. I was thinking about the idea of doing a 5th gen coupe v6 manual then doing a supercharger set up or maybe a turbo set up (but I am leaning towards the supercharger idea). I don't think I have ever seen anybody do something like this (definetly not in my area). I heard the v6 accords have weak connecting rods so maybe a build of the engine would need to happen but I think it would be a cool idea and end up being a pretty quick ride if it happened. I am gonna guess that if it didn't come out like that from factory a v6 probley wouldn't fit very well w/o some major modifications done

There were NO such thing as the 5spd V6 accord among the 5th gen models, but all hope is not lost, for that somewhere in this forum, a man has gone where no man has gone before. He removed parts from a 89 Acura legend with a v6 and manual transmission, and made it work in his v6 accord.
If someone would be so kind in to posting the link to that thread it would be great!!

You question.... Answer..
If you have fab skills and all the tools and equip required its possible.. If not look into spending id say close if not more than 10G`s.. thats in a I4 equiped accord.. Firewall modifications, custom mounts, and EVERYTHING else.. I doubt there would be enough room for a SC after all is said an done too.. could be wrong.. If your car is already V6 the manual swap is do able.. How? I dunno a parts list but ive seen a thread here or there about a 5sp swap..

After its completed.. You would have the normal boring 2.7 C27 Accord engine.. Kinda whimpy if your looking for power.. Why not step up a bit with a newer more powerful
V6 If your going to go through the trouble anyway??
