Default BFG t/a drag radials or BFG t/a kdw tires ??

I have a 97 supercharged hatch and have had some traction issues I.E. I can't hammer the pedal all the way down off the line . I called bfg and the "lady" on the phone hadnt a clue how to advise me ! I am not looking for opinions on other brand tires I am looking for opinions on the BFG s' . My main goal is traction off the line . I am not overly concerned with tread life as I don't drive the car much 5000 k a year at most as its mostly a weekend / fri and sat night car and an occasional trip to the track, although I hope to get a few thousand miles out of the tires . However I am not clear which tires to get should I get the BFG T/A drag radials or will the BFG T/A kdw tires perform equally as well off the line ? Remember this is my main goal getting traction off the line !

The drag radials will give you better traction off the line than the KDW. By far.

the kdw is really not that great of a tire. if you like it, you would love the bfg kd, the kumho xs, dunlop star spec and countless others. the DR is going to be the softest but it has some major street drawbacks compared to other choices. if you only drive a few thousand a year...it might just be your tire though
