How many 02 sensor on 95 jdm d15b

I have a 95 jdm d15b and I wanted to know how many o2 sensor I should have. The car is a 98 3dr hatch civic. I run a jdm version of the p28 ODB1 ECU with a harness converter.

if the car is converted to obd1 then you only need one O2 sensor

OBD1 always uses 1 O2 sensor on these cars. If you have an extra exhaust bung, put a wide band in. The P28 was meant for the Z6, so the fuel maps will be too rich.

So why when they swap the engine in there was 2 o2 sensor ? Because now the second one is broken and I have no Check engine light so I wanna make sure everything is alright.
