h22a head on f23 help

i need advice...i have a brandnew stock f23 i put in my 99 ex. im wondering if i should build and boost it or put a fully built h22 head on it. let me know which would be best, thanks

Best for what?

Why not put a fully built H22 head on the F23 and boost it?
