so heres the deal.......i have a 95 gsr...with following mods:

blox intake mani
blox throttle body
k&n shortram

i was throwing a tps CEL, so i switched out my tps with an omni tps and set to the right voltage...still throwing CEL...so i took off my blox throttle body, and replaced it with a stock one, with the omni tps...STILL throwing CEL. when i first start the car...it throws the code right away...then, if i drive to like, the store...when i get back in my car (and the car is still warm) it doesn't throw the CEL. is there any rhyme or reason to that?? any ideas? if ur in the sac area, and are nice enough to check it out or anything like that let me know...im not a complete n00b, but obviously not smart enough to solve this problem, lol.

Make sure you are having the code cleared from the ECU. You want to make sure you aren't viewing old saved codes.

What voltage are you setting the TPS to?

Worst case you might want to check the pins in the plug and the pins to the ECU for continuity. Could be that some wiring got damaged.
