Its not over priced, the real one is about $700

 

the half lip is ugly as fulk. the other is nice but wouldnt be my first choice. the replica seems to be quality though.

personally, i think that lip, in no way, flows at all with the car

knock off sounds sooo bad... i prefer replica... thats exactly what they are doing, replicating the original design
