Default JDM VS AMERICA

I bought a set of jdm door panels for my crx and i dont know that they fit properly or if the american jdm door panel needs modification please help.. It looks as though the jdm panels are like inch longer than my norm door panels or theres 1 less piece on the jdm door than the american door if this makes sense?

The problem is that you have a later car with door mounted seatbelts and jdm cars didn't. The door is different so this will not be a direct fit.

Hopefully this isn't the only way but i think JDM, 88' or 89' HF doors will make it work...

Convert to pillar belts.
Come to Canada. All our CRX's are pillar.

He's saying just change the whole door the one without the seatbelt mounted on the door instead of cutting or moddin it and making a mess and if you mess up.. you just screwed up a perfect door plus all that labor you done ... lol so just do it right and just change the door

just cut CAREFULLY into the door so it fits, and be happy with it. Not worth it to change doors just to get different panels to fit IMHO

It is worth it to get rid of the door-mounted seatbelts.

Instead of cutting into the structure of the door or installing door that won't fit well, why don't you just mod the door panels? It a hell of alot easier and wont ruin you car.
