according to trusty old wikipedia.. it was a model positioned between the DX and LX, both of which have the f22b2 so I can assume that is what you will be getting...
Really? That's more like the Value Package (what I own) I thought the Anniversary was between LX/EX but still had the F22B2

ok, so take it from some it from some one that actually owns one. It is in between a dx and a lx comes with a f22b2...no power windows, no power doors, tape player, painted moldings, auto, hubcaps....only came in the heather mist color and only had a tan interior
if you dont mind not having power windows or power doors or abs...i would recommend it

I just sold mine. It has everything a lx has, maybe a woodgrain center console, sunroof, alarm, and rear drum brakes.
Wiki was right on point: "In 1997, Honda released the "Special Edition" version of the Accord (not to be confused with the SE). It was offered in three colors: Heather Mist Metallic, San Marino Red and Dark Currant Pearl. The Special Edition received a factory installed security system with keyless entry, single-disc CD player, body colored side molding, distinctive alloy wheels and a sunroof. It was offered in an automatic transmission only and was fitted with the same engine as the LX."

Here we go, the final say per MSN Auto
The 25th Anniversary only came in Sedan, had AC, no power accessories and was the exact equivalent of the Value Package (which is what I own). It was only available in 1996, not earlier. Only available in automatic.
The Value Package is identical to that.
The Special Edition is 1997 and was an LX with everything an EX had except the F22B1. It was available in coupe or sedan. It also came with a CD player standard.
