my lil brother blowed up his d15b vtec jdm motor so i had alot of extra motors that were missed up around the house and we put him a d15b block with a d16z6 head on it until we can get him a better motor but for some reason it act like it doesnt want to take the gas i checked a the connections and vac. it all the same as my one 95 with the same motor but his is acting funny any suggestion

 

Fire problem maybe (Spark plug, dizzy etc..)
