Haha my dad just bought one, paid like $100. He only used it once for what he needed and hasn't touched it in 2 months lol. I use it to cut random things or engrave stuff.

First of all, don't be cheap. Just go out and spend money and purchase the tool for yourself. Harbor Freight is your cheapest bet, but you do get what you pay for.
Second of all, you did put WTB but you might as well check Craigslist where there is a wider audience selling tools (when compared to here).

i also bought a pretty chill set from costco that worked pretty good.
just go to radio shack and get a damn nibbler cutting tool and cut your own fenders yourself.
