I broke one of the outter bolts on the valve cover. My problem is I'm trying to remove the broken bolt, but it won't budge. I tried using penetrating oil (when the engine was cold) and I let it sit for a few hours. I thought these things weren’t suppose to be torqued higher than 10lbs. The bolt is now stripped and I'm running out of ideas......
