Default Cone Shaped Spacer for End Link DIY

I am building a set of endlink for my ITR sway. Got the rod ends already and I am having trouble finding the conical shaped washer/spacer shown here:

Anyone know where I can find this and/or what the technical term is?!

Any help is great, thanks!

last place i ordered from was qscomponents, they accidentally sent me two sets of left handed thread ends instead of one left and one right. i called them as soon as i found out and without any questions or arguments they apologized and promised to get them out as soon as they could. they were on my door step when i woke up the next day, no ****! i give them a lot of respect for that.
