I did a search and pretty much came up empty.Bought the turbo from steve conley brand new about less then 6 months but havent contacted him yet because im hoping its not the turbo..

So the car will boost what we give it but the car will produce no power.We have tried changing ecu to see if thats a problem and its still does it no power also checked vacumn lines and nothing.can anyone help me in this situation thanks.

At 35 psi it only pumped out 630hp

 

if you made that much, it is probably not the turbo. how about some details on the engine? compression, size, cams, etc. are you sure the engine is healthy?

 

its makes 35psi but does it hold it?

Thats not making power? I mean it can be off, but it can be anything. Type of Cam you're using. Bore size of motor? Motor old? Motor choking at (exhaust?), Size of downpipe?

 

what dyno are you using?

 

i dont care what dyno, 35 psi shouldn't be that low unless its a d15. lol

well maybe I have a problem as well then, lol, my car made about the same as his with a s372r on a dyno dynamics, motor is new to the season, was told its the heart breaker and reads that low. But this is my first year in the turbo game as well.

 

Compression is 10-0,2.0l, this motor has made over 750 with same setup

 

The intake cam is off 1 tooth.

thats a good point. i did a car a long time ago that ran perfect, but was down on power. turns out the cam was off a tooth.

A/F ratio is ok? leakdown test is ok? exhaust on car?

 

What fuel, what EMS, what timing, was the ignition timing sync'd with the EMS, hell, if you have the info, what's the BSFC?

 

I have a car like this as well on 36 psi the car will only make 709Whp.

1.8l ls/vtec on s300 with crane cams.

Not sure what it is but the car was taken to another tuner and we got the same results.
