not in the US, but edm yes. they are also available from jdm model civic/crx's and those cars would have the power window master switch for both windows on the passenger side. for obvious reasons lol.

some of the EF models did come with power windows. I don't exactly know which ones. but I have seen them for the crx

cool. now to think of how to only connect them lol. any one know if 4 door front door pannels will fir a hatch? or is the door completely different

There are many threads dealing with jdm power window installs. You can even download the jdm manual for a crx or hatch. That will give you the wiring.
