removing the intake resonator
The Helms book doesn't exactly say how to remove the resonator on my 4th gen so, before I pull it all apart I wanted to know if you remove it from the wheel well or do I need to remove the whole front bumper to get to it? I'm making a little ram air project that should be done in a few days and maybe give me a little change. I'll post pics when complete.

I think they suggest you remove the bumper, I managed by just unbolting the pass side of the bumper cover, mainly to access the bolts that mount the resonator, then just pulled it out through the wheel well. this was in a 93 Si, should be the same procedure.
We installed it by taking off the wheel and peeling back the rubber...however in retrospect it would be easier to take the bumper off, but it takes longer to do that...
Okay, I've got two bolts undone and now it seems as if there is one more, yet I can't find it. There are two bolts together right above and behind the turn signal lamp, but I don't think those are what's holding it in. Please help!!
you know while I was installin my JDM headlights, me and my friend had the same problem, theres that one bolt left. haha, i looked at him and told him, freak it, lets rip it out, and so we did. lol, hey its out now so yea.
Yeah I take it you went through the wheel well....theres a third one that's really hard to get to...it's up towards the headlights facing out from the front corner of the car....honestly we just ripped it out....
