Default Shift forks.

How would you bend a shift fork? The dealership wasnt real clear on how i did this. My shift forks got bent and thats where i was getting the grind. I overtook a semi and tryed to go into 3rd it grinded and then the shift fork broke in half ugh... Luckly i got honda to pick up the bill of 4054.39 and i had to pay 100 so i could have the warrenty on the parts.
Also im putting a stage 1 exedy clutch in my car iv read about this before i just cant firgure out where it was. Is there a break in period? Do i have to modify anything on the car to get the clutch to work properly?

I think "IT Guy" or "KidnKorner" did a DIY on a pedal adjustment for an aftermarket clutch. I have a stage II clutch and although it is right off the floor (and grabs like a Bear), it does fully engage. I do not believe my mechanics made any pedal or fork adjustments.

So did you ever get a definative answer? Im curious as to how you achived this as well. Would it be a weak or bad trans mount and from the jerking when you passed the semi snapped the shift fork?

Wasn't trying to be funny. Was completely serious. If you don't want to replace your trans again, learn how to shift correctly.

See thats the thing i think they got bent when my 3rd wouldnt let me in gear and just grinded. Then they replaced 3rd, if it was bent before that would it still grind at high rpms with the new 3rd? I can shift just fine but when the gears dont co operate with me shtuff breaks.
