I just got this car not too long ago and it seems that it has started to leak in that infamous spot under the pass side of the dash. i had a 93 teg that did this but it was really bad, in that car every time you turned on defrost after it rained the blower motor would shoot water down into the floor. Yesterday i got in my DC and noticed the nasty mildo smell and touched the pass side floor and found it was wet but it didnt shoot any more out with the defrost on. Does anyone know where this problem commonly comes from or what things i should look at to stop this annoying problem? the car only has 75,000 miles on it so id hate to have some stupid bs going on like this. thanks for looking and for helping out!!
This isnt for the DC integras, but it should help.

well, i went out on my lunch break yesterday and took off the plastic cowl cover and didnt see a drop of water in there so it obviously wasnt coming from the dash. i checked the hose that water comes out for the ac evapotator and that wasnt clogged and the sunroof def ain leaking either. it looked like it was coming through where the top of the door met the body so i cut a slit in that rubber molding where it sits against the body and put 1/4 vacumm hose all the way down it to support it. it rained last night, harrrrd and when i got in it it was all dry so i guess that was it!! hope that little trick maybe helps someone else!! and thanks for the help too!
It's different than the DA because they changed the cowl design slightly to fix the problem with the gaskets on the mounting tabs.
My wife's 01 Civic had this problem. I took out the blower and peeled back the firewall mat. I could barely see a tiny trickle of water and I didn't think that was it. But I cleaned the area and caulked it and the problem hasn't returned. It was leaking between where the firewall meets the rest of the unibody. Like yours, the sunroof hose was fine.

lol it sucks! seems like the cowl is the most popular spot for this to occur but i got lucky cause it hasnt leaked in there since i ran that vacum hose through the door molding.
