Default B18C1 Boggs when engine bay warm

So i swapped my RS B18B for a B18C. I had to rewire the dizzy and use a conversion harness at the ECU because it was OBD2a to OBD1.

So all this aside i mixed up VTEC and knocksensor and was throwing codes. Fixed that and now all is good. But When the car warms up to normal opp temp the car boggs between 3300 RPM and 5500. Once 5500 Hits it is quite like boost lag and the car throws you in the seat and it rips hard!

So my question is WHAT THE HELL is the problem. It is weather related too because when it is 30 Degress celcius outside it bogs hard and if the sun comes down and the car is still at opp temp and it his 19 Deg Cel(for example) the car bogs much less and sometimes doesnt at all...

I heard it could be my distributor ignitor.

any ideas?

It could be a number of things.

Clogged fuel filter
Ignition Coil
Cap and Rotor
Fuel Pump
