Default AEM FIC on OBD1

I have been recently reading about the aem fic, but have found most information being directed at obd2 vehicles. Does anyone know if, when using it on an obd1 ecu (P13), it will be able to do all the functions it does w/ obd2? I'm primarily concerned with being able to adjust fuel independently of timing. Thanks for any help.

Short answer yes. It is directly marketed at the OBD2 cars due to the check engine light and the checks the stock computer has over a OBD1 ECU. However it will work just as well with an OBD1 car.
