Sup fellas...I'm about to buy a set of rear LCA and tow hooks for my stock blue EG (not captiva blue, the other stock one) and I don't know if I should get the purple or gold rear LCA from blox to match with a gold or purple tow hooks from BENEN to match with my comptech swaybar kit. I know some of you won't agree with the selection, but this is what I'm leaning towards...

 

I just bought a pair of gold skunk2 lca's today and they look sick!

 

was thinking about them but can get the blox for $100. Only have so much funds for the time being...

you need:
no tow hook.

black blox LCA. then immediately pull the rubber bushing out and replace them with hiems. stealthy, purposeful, and wont attract cops (cali)

 

If you have limited funds, then the last thing you even need to consider buying is a set of tow hooks... especially Benen.

 

option 3 - neither? spend the money at a local track event (not dragstrip) or autocross.

 

I say u get some silver or polished ones they will look nice and clean on ur eg

 

I say DONT GET THE TOW HOOKS! and upgrade the bushings on those Blox LCA's. They are notorious for going out real quick.


You really dont need tow hooks dude, not only do they look gay, but the money could be used on something much more useful.

 

Don't buy the tow hook, add that money towards your LCAs and buy a nicer quality set then Blox. I would go with Function 7s!
