I am currently running a set of Honda Fit HFP 16" rims with 205/40/16 tires. The rims have a +45mm offset and are approximately 6.5" wide. There is no rubbing at all on the tires and they sit almost completely flush with my wheel wells. I am driving a 1993 Del Sol Si...so, if you have a Del Sol you could easily run a 15x7 +45mm offset and they would work.

With a standard Civic I think they have less room than my Del Sol. So, that would mean you would have to run less offset. I wouldn't go further than +40mm offset on a stock Civic.

So, I would estimate that you could easily run a +40mm offset on a 15x7 rim without having to roll your fenders or run adverse camber. Keep in mind that in order to run without rolling your fenders you can't fit your wheels all the way flush with the fender. You have to leave a few millimeters of clearance to allow for the wheels to move freely with the suspension travel.
