I think so. I looked up air cleaner part numbers for MY02 and MY05 and they're the same. I can't think of any reasons why it wouldn't work.

thanks a bunch man!it's a long story,I don't have any intake on right now just a filter on tb and open vacuum lines.I'm not driving it though

Yeah it will work, I think the filters are actually a bit different though. Something about the mounting point for the end of the filter inside the airbox. Pretty sure they can be made to fit though.
