is there a cluster guage with a tach that fits a 91 ef

yep. 90-91 si cluster. plugs right in, no wiring changes needed

not so sure about the no wiring changes needed, use the search area to read more about this swap. 2 different cluster manufacturers, 2 different harnesses

the only time wiring has to be moved around is if you are swapping a 88-89 cluster into a 90-91 or vice versa.
