Default got cheap wheels need help with rubber

Hey guys so i just got a set 4X100 15" 0 offset EMS like this ones.

as you can see they are 0 offset which is not normal in civics...
since i got them for cheap i want to try and throw them in my EJ1.. i got camber kits but i was wondering what is a good tire for them to be streched a bit. currently i got nitto neo gens but they are 16 and this whels are 15 so no deal.... ill roll the fenders and adjust the camber once i find the right tires... not looking for expensive tires as they will just be my second set of wheels.... but hwo knows

The best 15" size for your '92-95 Civic is 195/50-15.

Will you be using these tires during the winter?

oh no man, im not using the car for winter at all...
this arent the wheels i was looking for but since i got them for good price i plan on slaming it on cheap rubber for the time being. ive seen some sick civics with low offset and wanted to give it a try. i will not be doing anything except for DDing the car until the snow comes. i will the wheels i want later once i make up my mind. i do autoX so this isnt functional at all.

BTW do you know which ones are good for streaching?

165/45-15 will give the "look" you want.
195/45-15 is recommended

None of them. It's NOT SAFE to mount tires on wheels that are wider than approved by the tire manufacturer. BAD IDEA - DON'T DO IT.
