What are you guys paying to get your windows tinted?

 

My VW was $180. Same price for the Civic, but I managed to get it done for free.

I'd say the normal going rate is anywhere from $100-200.

 

^^ Yes, anything over $200 would be too much.

But if it was for a big suv car with alot of windows that would be a different story.

 

Nah, just my EJ8. Windows have never been tinted, I figure it's time.

I paid 135 bucks to get all of the windows in my TL done with 20% tint. Not the windshield though.

 

i just got mine done today for 50.

 

I got my Mercedes 190E done for $120 7 window with LIFETIME WARRANTY.

 

I've got an appointment to get mine done Wednesday at a local place that comes highly recommended. It'll be $159 for any shade with a lifetime warranty. Sounds like they're right in the ballpark so I'm glad to know I'm not getting shafted.

 

damn, i paid 315 for 3m lifetime warranty tint on my 4dr. that was 5 windows.

 

I do window tinting for a living, and I will say that prices vary depending where you live. When I lived in Massachussets for example I worked at a shop that most coupes was 190 dollars, and now where I live I charge $150, now there are shop's that do other things other than tint and lower the prices more then the ones that only do tint for a living
