hi all, so im bringing my car too be dynod soon, its a 94 civic coupe with a B16A2 engine swap from a 93 del sol sir. only mods are full 2,5 strate through exhaust system and cold air induction kit thats it really. engine is in good order and dosent burn oil like most vtec engines do! lol

in around how much bhp do you think i will be looking at? i know factory specs are like 160 bhp but thats with engine out of car and running 100 octane, we run 95 octane over here in ireland

 

all dynos read differently but expect anywhere between 135 - 145 whp, assuming it's on a dynojet.

 

yea i have had three different b16's with bolt ons that all avg'd 140-145 on the same dyno

and then one dyno day we had 6 b16's all dyno with the same mods and all were between 139-145hp
102-107tq

so that seems to be the avg for a bolt on b16

 

bolt ons, tuned pro1's
b16a2

will yield 136whp on dynodynamics.
