Fog Questions.
I got this fog kit from ebay, everything seem nice and as oem as possible but the fog covers don't really fit the bumper the way I have seen them fit on other cars. The description mentioned that modding the 2000 Gsr bumper will be necessary scince they are jdm Sir-G oem replicas. that went well except for the curvature near the mount hole is perfecty inversed of the curvature of the bumper. What i mean is that i tested them upside down on the opposite side of the bumper, and the curve is the same, but inversed when mounted correctly. Now I sort of had to make a gap to mount them. Could there be somthing wrong with the bumper, as it is an aftermarket oem replacement? Is it more likely the covers are molded wrong? I was thinking of gettin the dremel and curving the cover correctly, but I am not sure if that is a good idea. Any suggestions are welcome.
I would have taken pics but the bumper is in the paint shop. I have however succesfully converted the Fogs to HID 3000K.

This user did it on his 98-01 bumper I believe shaving of the shroud is necessary https://honda-tech.com/forums/showth...ight=foglights towards the middle/bottom of the thread.

I thought so, thanks a million.
Wasn't too bad really. I just placed the cover in where it seemed to fit the best and used a dremel on the bumper. There is a little planning involved as you don't want to demel off a support structure. All considered though, the fog cover covers everythging you trim. Plus I got a tube of bondo somewhere. that could help it it looks too bad. Just think about how you'll mount the screw as well. If I coulg do it differently i'd have bought the 94-97 JDM bumper from PasswordJDM, then got my headlights and fog lights. Istead i got the 2000 stock bumper. If you have a 94-97 bumper I believe that there is possibly no modification according to my research.
