my buddy owns a 90' Civic DX in need of some body work, a new muffler, a new windshield washer holder, and his brake fluid is leaking from some where... the most part is the blower fan.. it does not work, he fixed it once, but it broke again.

Does anyone know any info on the blower fan? anything i have to look for? like a relay? He said the fuse is fine.. Maybe just a faulty wire? who knows. Let me know, thanks!

Or the radiator fan?
Get yourself a voltmeter and check for voltage.
