ok i have a d15b vtec block will a y8 head fit and if so what do i need to put it on

search up mini-me swap on google and the first one is your best answer.
you'll need the head, distributor, wires, plugs, intake manifold, gasket, etc etc.
the y8 head will fit perfectly

 

yeah but most the ones ive see are for the non vtec motors i mean i have the distributor and everything for the d15b i was just wondering if its a direct replacement

 

Im almost positive it will work.. I would keep doing research jus to be sure. as long as it doesnt have an oil jet in the deck it should be direct.

 

I dont think that the D15B Distributor will fit on the Y8 head because the D15B is OBD1 and the Y8 is OBD2. I know that my Y8 Dizzy didnt fit on my Z6 head.

 

it does fit. i did the same exact thing
