I have a mugen 4-2-1, it was definitly worth the money. I have heard that the 4-1 isn't very good because of clearance issues and the fact that the power gain is too top end. you may only notice more power near redline.

If you like or want Mugen then it is worth the price. But if you want the most bang for the buck in terms of power from an "off the shelf" header then TODA is where you will want to look. If your pockets are deep then SMSP or Hytech is the way to go.

i have seen some great power gains from the hytech and even the hytech replicas. IMHO that is alot more cost effective than the ballerish mugen header.

I have a chance to buy a mugen header about less than half price (used ones).
Ive eard lot of good things about Hytech and I have 2 friends with it and they'r cars are fantastic to a B16A w/just the Hytech headers and ecu.

But at the same time people tell me that mugen don't worth the price, may be talking about the 4-1 I don't know...

What do you think about Mugen used ones?
They are less expenssive but are used...

Edit: These are 4-2-1

I purchased my Mugen used for $450. It didn't have a spot of rust on it and was barely tarnished. Its a great header, I don't regret buying it.

But they are worth every penny or Euro in your case.

You might contact them and see if they have a reseller in Norway. Or figure out the shipping cost from the place in Portugal (or someplace closer that resells them). I've heard nothing but good things 'bout hytech.

i can't say from experience, but i'm sure the difference between the mugen and hytech haeders isn't huge. if you can pick up a used mugen for half the price you would pay for a new hytech, then that would be my choice. I bought my mugen 4-2-1 used and haven't had any problems or complaints.

ok now I have a chance to buy the mugen and found a hytech used too on a very low price.

The problem now is the exhaust pipe, for mugen or hytech headers it must be 60" right?
