Car has over $20,000 in parts on top of the initial cost of the car, all it needs is a new shortblock. I really don't feel like parting it out I don't think I could do it... I'd start, get sad and probably end up deciding to keep it. If I could get it gone quickly and painlessly so I don't have to think about it that would probably be best.
Car is a 2000 s2000, berlina black, with red/black interior (best/most desirable color combo after gpw with red/black interior imo) 53k miles, clean title. No accidents or paint work ever, car is minty.
The transmission in the car is good to go. Just changed the transmission and diff fluid, both have appropriate synthetic amsoil lubricants.

BAD THINGS:
Doesn't run right now, needs a new short block. Ringlands on 2 & 3 went out, its looking like. Crank and block are still fine, would be fine to use as a core for a build, or you could just drop a new short block in and be good to go. Head is still fine, just the bottom end needs attention.
Other than that, there's not much to mention..the driver's seat has some light bolster wear, some small blemishes on the wheels (nothing major at all, no bends) there are 3 very small dings on the exterior, some light scratches on underside of front lip, and a few miscellaneous light scratches on the body that a full detail would take care of.
Car is sitting at SlowMotion Motorsports right now in Sunbury, Ohio. Can arrange to meet anybody there pretty much whenever as long as I have a little bit of a heads up.
PRICE: $12,000 obo. I feel this is a fair price. Stock s2000s with 100k are going for around 10k and usually then they're all beat up. The price is negotiable to a degree but I won't let it go for much less, I'll just build the motor myself and keep it.

Yep, had it on the dyno for a retune and it made 425rwhp but started to burn some oil on decel, thought it was the return line so we re-plumbed it, but over the next day got worse, did a leakdown/compression and found that the motor let go.
