Who's done it before? I found some DIY's online but I got a few questions about the wiring/sensors and the fuel rail. Anybody have first hand experince doing this swap?

No that won't help you at all. Yes, I have done it. There are a very small handful of others who have. I've done a pretty decent write up on 7thgenhonda. I have the same user name over there.
