Default shift linkage question

I have a short shifter on my civic and it was installed about a year and a half ago. I just notice after driving my friends car (also with ashort shirter) his shifting was alot shorter than mine. afterwards I got to thinking about it and Im pretty sure mine was just as short when I first installed it. is this possible if the bushings went bad or have I lost my mind or something.

thanks.

I think your mind is playing tricks. You wish it was as short(bet you never heard a guy ask for it to be shorter lol). Bust out the hacksaw.

Not used. Go to uscutter.com they have some really nice large scale plotters. Also forums for questions on different plotters/cutters/etc. Good luck.

Back on track, is the height not directly related to amount of travel? Does your shifter flop back and forth when you are in gear?

Well a new set of bushings is only like 15 bux. I'm using the urethane ones. They feel great with minimal play. Very nice feel. I would recommend.
